Our firm has acted in a wide range of commercial disputes.  We act on behalf of both Plaintiff/Applicants and Defendant/Respondents across all State and Commonwealth court and tribunal jurisdictions.

We have acted for clients in contractual disputes, breaches of statutory obligations (including trade practices), as well as common law commercial actions seeking damages or injunctive relief.

Joe Pattison is a qualified mediator, specialising in the area of alternative dispute resolution. He has conducted many mediations on behalf of clients. 

We favour alternative dispute resolution as an opportunity to enable clients to commercially resolve their disputes before embarking on expensive litigation, whilst acknowledging that there are times when litigation is unavoidable.

Our experience in debt recovery work flows naturally from our 30 years of practice representing our clients in commercial and residential property dealings and corporate transactions.  We understand that unfortunately, sometimes disputes develop as to monies owing and we stand ready to represent our clients in recovery claims as they arise.  Again, our philosophy is to attempt resolution without the need for formal proceedings; but we are always prepared to move quickly and decisively if the circumstances facing our clients so require.
