All of the work produced in our firm is from one of our highly qualified Solicitors.
We have a very high level of client satisfaction.
Joe Pattison
Joe Pattison was admitted to practice on 9th September 1980 after the completion of five (5) years of articles of clerkship with the firm Pattison and Barry. He has had a family connection with the law all of his life and has had the personal experience of working within the law since 1975.
Joe was originally a Family Law Practitioner with a central city firm which had our current premises as their branch office. The growth of our practice reflects the growth and changes in the South Western Suburbs of Brisbane from which we draw many of our clients.
In 1988 Joe left that firm and took over the premises and commenced practice as Pattisons.
Since that time his areas of practice have changed to now find that he is actively involved in commercial leasing both for Landlords and Tenants, commercial and residential real estate sales and purchases, acquisitions, sales and start-ups of businesses, estate planning, will preparation and estate administration.
Prue Lowder
Prue Lowder was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales on 4th October 2002 after completing her studies through Legal Practitioners Admission Board. At that time Prue was working with Stephen Smart & Associates Solicitors in Sydney practicing in the areas of Personal Injury and Compensation Law.
Prue made the move to Queensland in 2005 and joined J B Stevensons & Company in Moorooka working in Family Law and Conveyancing. During that time Prue undertook Family Law Legal Aid referral work with a predominant emphasis on childrens’ matters.
Since joining Pattisons in 2007, Prue has focused on Property Law and in particular commercial and residential conveyancing. This area of the law sees continuous changes in legislation and regulations. Prue attends the Queensland Law Society’s annual Property Law conference each year as well as participating in other relevant Property Law focused webinars.
Prue offers a mobile legal service enabling her to provide personal service to her clients at their home, office or business at a time that suits them and our cloud based software enables access to our ‘Virtual Office’ from anywhere.
